Golf calendar wraps up

THERE are two events left before the EP Golf Union calendar heads into the festive season break.

The first of those is the Fish River Open which will be played at the Gary Player-designed course on November 17-18. Entries close on November 12 and those interested in playing must sign up at their clubs, where entry forms are on notice-boards.

The final event of the year is the Midlands Open to be hosted again by Cradock Golf Club on December 2. Entry forms will be available shortly. – Alvin Reeves
