Jobless learn arts and craft skills in museum enterprise

THE Red Location Museum is using its arts and crafts project to train people in the development of products to market to visiting tourists.

Through training, members of the community will not only become self-sufficient but ultimately make products which will carry the museum's brand.

The museum's marketing officer, Annette du Plessis, said yesterday a memorandum of understanding was signed in order to develop a working relationship aimed at expanding the project.
