Bay ANC rally set to boost Afcon

FRESH from a massive party in Durban at the weekend, the Eastern Cape ANC is planning another major celebration to commemorate its 101st birthday, to be held in Nelson Mandela Bay this Saturday.

Organisers of the provincial rally, which will be held at the NU1 Stadium in Motherwell, are expecting more than 10000 ANC members to attend.

Provincial party spokesman Mlibo Qoboshiyane said the date for the rally deliberately coincided with the start of the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) tournament and they would use the event as a platform to encourage members to buy tickets for the matches in the Bay.

"It is the perfect opportunity for us to promote African tourism, Bafana Bafana and to welcome our visiting teams.

It appears all the ANC can do is party,they certainly can`t run a Metro never mind a country,what a mess they have made in PEEE!
