A GROUP of Nelson Mandela Bay pre-school teachers who were unknowingly involved in the ghost teacher scandal involving a former MEC's wife are unlikely to see a cent for their work done since the case was unearthed.

The teachers, known as early childhood development (ECD) practitioners, had their contracts terminated at the end of 2010, following the probe by the Hawks that year.
